This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to physical merchandise purchases only and does not apply to sweepstakes entries, prizes, vehicles, or cash alternatives.
Shipping Policy
All merchandise sold through Midwest Auto Sweepstakes is produced and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner.
Orders are custom-made upon purchase.
Orders ship from the fulfillment center closest to the customer’s location.
Shipping times vary based on product type, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once an order ships, tracking information is automatically emailed to the customer using the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
Midwest Auto Sweepstakes is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom-made, returns are handled based on the reason for the return.
Quality or Fulfillment Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:
Contact Midwest Auto Sweepstakes within 30 days of receiving the item.
Clear photos showing the entire product and the issue are required.
If approved, a free replacement or refund will be issued.
No return is required for approved quality issues.
Customer Change of Mind
If the return is due to:
Wrong size
Wrong item selected
Buyer’s remorse or no longer wanted
Returns or exchanges are not guaranteed and are handled at the customer’s expense. Midwest Auto Sweepstakes may choose, at its discretion, to reship a replacement at the customer’s cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or reshipped:
Face masks
Underwear
Swimwear
Baby bodysuits
Any opened or worn hygiene-sensitive items
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost in Transit
Orders considered lost must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If the carrier confirms the package was lost, a replacement may be issued at no cost.
Damaged in Mail
Submit a report within 30 days of delivery.
Photos are required to assess the claim.
If approved, we cover reprinting and shipping.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:
Midwest Auto Sweepstakes cannot offer free reshipping or refunds.
Customers should check:
Around their property
With neighbors or household members
With the last-mile carrier
A replacement order may be placed at the customer’s expense.
Return Address (Authorization Required)
Do not send returns without contacting us first.
