Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,169.00
1. INCORPORATION
1.A. This Round Addendum is incorporated by reference into the Midwest Auto Sweepstakes Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) and forms an integral part thereof for the applicable Round.
1.B. All terms and conditions of the Official Rules apply to this Round, except as expressly modified herein.

2. PRIZE AWARD AND CASH ALTERNATIVE
2.A. One (1) winner will have the option to receive either the prize described above or a cash prize equal to the ARV.
2.B. Residents of Hawaii are eligible only for the cash prize.
2.C. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and expenses not included as part of the prize.
2.D. Sponsor reserves the right to make modifications to the prize or cash alternative as necessary to comply with applicable laws.
3. ENTRY LIMITS
3.A. Maximum entries per participant for this Round: 3,000 (including all merchandise-associated entries and Alternate Method of Entry).
3.B. All other entry rules, including eligibility and mail-in entry procedures, are governed by the Official Rules.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
4.A. Winner(s) will be selected and notified in accordance with Sections 7 and 8 of the Official Rules.
4.B. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this Round in accordance with Sections 18 and 25 of the Official Rules if necessary.
5. VEHICLE DELIVERY
5.A. Delivery of the prize described in this Round Addendum will be arranged by Sponsor at no cost to the winner.
5.B. Delivery is limited to Eligible Jurisdictions as defined in the Official Rules.
5.C. Vehicle delivery details, including shipping method, timing, and any required arrangements, will be communicated to the winner in writing after verification. The Official Rules (Section 13) outline general delivery responsibilities but all shipping instructions and delivery logistics are governed by this Round Addendum.
5.D. The winner is responsible for title, registration, insurance, and all ongoing ownership, licensing, and maintenance expenses.
5.E. Delivery is subject to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including shipping, emissions, and registration requirements.
6. MAIL-IN ENTRIES
6.A. No purchase is necessary to enter.
6.B. Mail-in entries must be legibly handwritten and include the entrant’s full legal name, complete residential mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, phone number, and date of birth.
6.C. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Promotion Period for this Round.
6.D. Entries submitted from New York, Florida, Rhode Island, or any U.S. territory (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and other possessions) will not be accepted.

7. OFFICIAL RULES REFERENCE
7.A. The Official Rules govern all aspects of this Round not specifically addressed in this Addendum.
7.B. In the event of any conflict between this Addendum and the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall control except as expressly modified herein.
