1. Scope of Policy
1.A. This Shipping & Merchandise Policy (“Policy”) applies solely to physical merchandise purchases made through the Sponsor’s website.
1.A.i. This Policy does not apply to sweepstakes entries, prizes, vehicles, or cash alternatives.
1.A.ii. Sweepstakes participation is governed exclusively by the applicable Official Rules.

2. Shipping & Delivery Information
2.A. All shipping timelines begin only after merchandise production is complete.
2.A.i. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
2.A.ii. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control.
2.B. Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Sponsor is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or failures in delivery.
2.B.i. This includes carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, theft after delivery, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s control.

3. Tracking Information
3.A. Tracking information is automatically emailed once an order ships.
3.A.i. Tracking updates may take twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours to appear after shipment.

4. Shipping Responsibility and Costs
4.A. Except where required by law, all shipping-related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4.A.i. This includes original shipping fees.
4.A.ii. This includes return shipping if a return is approved.
4.A.iii. This includes reshipment fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4.A.iv. This includes reshipment fees resulting from failure to claim delivery.
4.B. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has entered production or shipped.
4.C. Approved replacement items resulting from verified manufacturing defects or Sponsor error will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

5. Lost or Undeliverable Packages
5.A. Lost in Transit
5.A.i. Orders believed to be lost must be reported within thirty (30) days of the estimated delivery date.
5.A.ii. If the carrier confirms the package was lost, Sponsor may, at its discretion, issue a replacement.
5.B. Delivered but Not Received
5.B.i. If tracking information shows an order as “Delivered,” Sponsor is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
5.B.ii. Customers are encouraged to check with household members, neighbors, property management, or the delivering carrier.
5.C. Incorrect Address or Failure to Claim Delivery
5.C.i. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
5.C.ii. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or failure to claim delivery, require payment of additional shipping fees for reshipment.

6. Print-on-Demand & Production of Merchandise
6.A. All merchandise sold on this website is custom printed on demand and made specifically for each customer.
6.A.i. Merchandise is not pre-made, stocked, or resalable.
6.A.ii. Orders enter production only after payment has been successfully completed.
6.A.iii. Typical production time is approximately two (2) to five (5) business days, but may vary.
6.B. Due to the made-to-order nature of merchandise, all sales are considered final once production begins, subject only to the limited exceptions outlined in this Policy.

7. Returns & Exchanges — No General Returns
7.A. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
7.A.i. Incorrect size ordered.
7.A.ii. Wrong item, color, or style selected.
7.A.iii. Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
7.A.iv. Preference changes.
7.A.v. Items fitting differently than expected.
7.B. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, sizing information, and size charts prior to placing an order.

8. Limited Exception — Manufacturing Errors Only
8.A. Returns or replacements may be considered solely on a case-by-case basis for verified manufacturing errors.
8.A.i. Examples include damaged items, misprints, or items materially different from what was ordered.
8.A.ii. Approval is not guaranteed.
8.B. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at Sponsor’s discretion.

9. Claim Submission Requirements
9.A. Claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking.
9.A.i. Day one (1) is the calendar day the item is marked as delivered.
9.A.ii. Claims submitted after this deadline will not be reviewed.
9.B. Claims must be submitted by emailing returns@midwestautosweepstakes.com and must include:
9.B.i. Clear photographs of the entire product.
9.B.ii. Clear photographs showing the alleged defect or error.
9.B.iii. A written explanation describing the issue.
9.B.iv. Order number, order date, and purchaser’s name and email address.
9.C. Incomplete, unclear, or late submissions may be denied.

10. Review & Resolution
10.A. All claims are subject to verification and reviewed at Sponsor’s discretion.
10.A.i. Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval or a specific resolution timeline.
10.B. If a claim is approved:
10.B.i. A replacement item may be issued at no cost to the customer.
10.B.ii. Returned merchandise is not required unless specifically requested.

11. Sweepstakes Entry Impact
11.A. Returned, refunded, or otherwise voided merchandise purchases are not eligible for sweepstakes entries.
11.A.i. Any associated entries will be voided and removed.
11.A.ii. No replacement or alternative entries will be issued.

12. Unauthorized Returns
12.A. Merchandise must not be returned without prior written authorization.
12.A.i. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

13. Changes to Policy
13.A. Sponsor reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
13.A.i. Updates will be posted on the website.
13.A.ii. Continued purchases constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
